How the Plans Work
DermEstimator offers two plans. The Derm Basic plan is $30/user/month for core estimating features and is best for 1 user. The Derm Pro plan is $50/month with unlimited named users and the Pro-only AI coding & billing assistant. Pro is the best value for 2+ users. Count the staff who need their own login, not the providers whose services you estimate.
Each login enforces one active session at a time. This is intentional: shared logins obscure the audit trail (you can't tell which staff member created which estimate) and create a security risk. Named logins ensure every estimate is traceable to a specific user.
On the Derm Pro plan, staff logins can be added or removed at any time from the account settings page. If you hire a new front desk coordinator mid-month, add their login and they can start generating estimates immediately. If a staff member leaves, remove their login. There's no annual commitment.

You can generate estimates, configure payer rates, create GFE documents — everything. If you decide not to continue, your account simply expires with no charge and no cancellation steps required.
DermEstimator uses the 2026 Medicare Physician Fee Schedule, locality-adjusted rates for all 109 Medicare payment areas, and multiple procedure rule logic. Accuracy depends on the payer rates you configure and the deductible and co-insurance information entered. Estimates do not guarantee final payment amounts. Our illustrative workflow example explains the review process; it does not report customer results.
Yes. DermEstimator is month-to-month with no annual contract. Cancel at any time from your account settings — you won't be charged again after your current billing period ends. Your estimate history remains accessible through the end of the period you've already paid for.
